Tay and I were so blessed to get some time away! We spent a week in Fort Meyers Beach Florida, just the two of us. Andrew stayed all week with Auntie Kelsey and did great. We has so much fun walking on the beach, relaxing in the sun, playing mini golf, and going to Busch Gardens Theme Park in Tampa. The weather was amazing. Fort Meyers actually had a freak cold front right before we got there, but the sun came out for us. It was in the low 80's all week and rained right as we were leaving. So we felt really blessed.
The beach at Fort Meyers is amazing. Since it is on the gulf the sand is like flour.
We love theme parks, so we decided to take the 3 hour adventure to Tampa to Busch Gardens. Our favorite ride was the Sheikra roller coaster. The best part of the ride is it takes you up a steep incline and pauses as you hang forward in a floorless car right before a 200 foot drop. Tay and I rode in the very front twice and loved every minute of it.

Wow a whole week?! Good for you guys! We have only made it a night away from Jack and we have only done that twice since he was born...maybe soon we can do a week or maybe start at 2 nights! haha! Looks like you guys had a great time! :)
