Happy Birthday Carolyn!

Last weekend we went to Salem to celebrate Carolyn's birthday. We ate a lot of cupcakes and had some great family time. We took a trip to the Salem Waterfront. There is a great park there with a carousel.

It's Potty Time!

Angela's dad is really gifted in working with his hands and we believe he could pretty much create anything. He made Andrew a potty chair out of wood and it is so cute! It even has a spot for his books.


Andrew loves books so we sit him on the potty chair and let him look at his books. He really likes it and is fine just sitting there for awhile. Angela has been reading Potty Training your Baby by Katie Warren, where she talks about how to start potty training when the baby can sit on their own. So we thought we would try with Andrew since he is 15 months. He has gone pee in the potty several times and poop twice. We just sit him on it after he wakes up and shortly after meals. It is pretty crazy!

Puppy Wars

Angela's dad got a new puppy and was so excited for the grandkids to come over and see it. Andrew and the puppy had a great time wrestling. At first Andrew was getting a little beat up but then he learned fast how to fight back.

Andrew's Friends

Andrew is a social guy and enjoys hanging out with his friends. We have gotten to go to quite a few 1st birthday parties. Here is a picture of him with all his play group friend at Kennedy's birthday party.



Andrew and Kyah get to hang out a lot. They have become quite the pair. They usually end up following each other around and then of course taking each others toys.

I am cute and I know it!

Andrew started this new thing wear he poses with a big cheesy smile for the camera. We get the camera out and say 1, 2, 3 and on 3 Andrew squishes his face with a big smile, a lot of times closing his eyes because he is so excited.
